The backrest frame of the Archibald Stools is made from moulded rigid polyurethane. The internal padding is in soft moulded polyurethane and polyester wadding. The seat frame is made from birch plywood with padding in polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. It is supported by an apron which connects it to the base.
